Have you ever had the feeling that you are just not good enough? Me too! In fact, I was pretty sure I had invented the feeling. I thought I was the only one that felt this way. Really! You were all just a little better than me
a little prettier, a little smarter, a lot funnier -- definitely stronger, faster, braver. I was always the one on the outside; at least that's how I felt for a very long time. What a relief it was to discover that I'm not the only one that suffers from 'not good enough'. A LOT of people feel this way. Dare I say "I'm not good enough" has become an epidemic in our culture? Not only is it not true that I'm not good enough, once I got that I AM good enough (totally, absolutely capable and deserving of everything I ever dreamed), my life completely turned around. Yours can too. Through a process of soul searching, reading, coaching and mentoring my life has transformed. I went from being a shy, lonely, unhappy woman with a safe and secure (a.k.a. boring) job, to a vibrant, healthy, generous, passionate, entrepreneur!
